Privacy Policy

This policy covers homes.livinginmaricopa.com and the contact forms and ads that point to it. It is written by Mike Millet, a licensed Arizona REALTOR® (AZ Lic. SA687999000), brokered by W and Partners, LLC.

What I collect

• What you give me. If you fill out a form — including a lead form inside Facebook or Instagram — I receive the information you submit. That is usually your name, email address and phone number, plus anything you choose to type in a message.
• Basic visit data. Like most websites, this one records standard technical information such as your browser type, approximate region, the pages you viewed and the site or ad that sent you.

I do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, bank details, or any other sensitive financial information through a web form.

Why I collect it

One reason: to answer you. If you ask about a property, I use your contact details to get back to you about that property and about buying or selling a home in the Maricopa area. I may follow up more than once, because people are busy and one missed call is not an answer.

Advertising and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people actually read.

Pages that run a Facebook or Instagram ad campaign also use the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta that a visit happened so I can measure whether an ad worked and avoid showing it to people who already responded. The pixel records the visit itself — it does not read anything you type on this site, because these pages have no form fields to read. Meta’s own handling of that data is governed by Meta’s privacy policy.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google opt-out add-on, and you can adjust what Meta shows you in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

Who else sees it

I do not sell your information, and I do not trade or rent it. It is shared only with:

• W and Partners, LLC, the brokerage I work under, as Arizona real estate law requires.
• The software I run the business on — my customer-relationship system, email and calendar providers — which store your details so I can keep track of our conversation.
• People you ask me to loop in. If you want an introduction to a lender, title officer, inspector or contractor, I pass along only what is needed, and only because you asked.
• Anyone the law requires, if I ever receive a valid legal demand.

Calls and texts

When you give me your phone number, you are agreeing that I may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and the texts stop, or just tell me on the phone and I will note it. Opting out of texts does not affect an active transaction.

How long I keep it

I keep inquiry records for as long as it is reasonable to stay in touch about real estate, and longer where a completed transaction requires it — Arizona brokerages are required to retain transaction files for five years.

Your choices

Email mike@livinginmaricopa.com or call 520-842-5300 and ask me to show you what I have, correct it, or delete it. No form to fill out, no reason required. If you ask me to delete it, I will, apart from anything a completed transaction legally obliges the brokerage to keep.

Children

This site is meant for adults and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If that happens by accident, email me and I will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
